Are your fitness programs online or in-person?
I offer both! You can choose in-person training (limited to Kochi locations) or fully online coaching, depending on your preference and location.
Do I need to be fit already to start working with you?
Not at all. I work with all fitness levels, from complete beginners to those getting back on track. Your plan will be customized to your current ability and goals.
What kind of results can I expect?
Results depend on consistency, effort, and lifestyle. Most clients experience improved energy, better strength, visible body changes, and healthier habits within the first few weeks.
Do you offer diet plans?
Yes. Every client receives a personalized nutrition plan based on their goals, preferences, and health conditions. No crash diets, just real, sustainable food choices.
